Everything you need to know before you drive

What documents do I need to rent a car? ▾
You need a valid driving license (at least 1 year old), an Aadhaar card or passport as identity proof, and a credit/debit card for the security deposit. All documents can be uploaded digitally via the app.
Is there a fuel policy? ▾
We follow a full-to-full fuel policy. The car will be delivered with a full tank and you'll need to return it with a full tank. If you don't, the cost of refueling will be deducted from your deposit.
What happens if the car breaks down? ▾
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals. In case of a breakdown, call our helpline and our team will be with you within 60 minutes in most cities.
Can I extend my rental period? ▾
Yes! You can extend your rental from within the app, subject to car availability. Extensions need to be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled return time.
What is the cancellation policy? ▾
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of ₹300. No-shows will be charged the full day's rental amount.

Eligibility & Docs: ▾
Min. age 21; License held for 1+ year.
Requires: Valid License, Aadhaar/Passport, and Selfie verification.
Payments & Deposit: ▾
30–50% advance to book; full payment before delivery.
Deposit: ₹3k–6k (Hatchback) | ₹5k–7k (SUV).
Refunded within 24–72 hours post-inspection.
Usage Limits: ▾
KM Limit: 120 km/day (Extra: ₹8–₹12/km).
Fuel: Return with same level (Shortfall: ₹110/Litre).
Prohibited Acts: ▾
No drunk/rash driving, off-roading, or commercial use.
GPS tampering or sub-leasing triggers immediate legal action.
Late Returns: ▾
1 hr: ₹200 | 1–3 hrs: ₹300/hr | 3 hrs: Full day charge.
Damage & Accidents: ▾
Minor: Up to ₹5k | Major: ₹10k–₹25k (Insurance excess).
Accidents: Inform us immediately and file an FIR.
Challans: All traffic fines are deducted from the deposit.
Cancellations: ▾
24hrs: Full refund | 24hrs: 50% refund | No Show: No refund.
Maintenance: ▾
Company covers mechanical breakdowns.
Cleaning fee (₹500–₹1500) applies for extra dirt.
Legal: ▾
Insurance is void if driving under influence/misuse.
All disputes subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
